1. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If any ordered item is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a replacement, modify the order, or cancel/refund the unavailable item where applicable.

2. DELIVERY

• Delivery is available only in our currently serviceable areas.

• Estimated delivery time for eligible local/food orders may be 10–50 minutes.

• Actual delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, traffic, product preparation, order volume, or other circumstances.

• Free delivery is available within 3 KM of our designated delivery point/service area, where applicable.

• Additional delivery charges may apply for locations beyond 3 KM.

3. FOOD ORDERS – NO RETURN

Prepared food and other perishable items cannot normally be returned once delivered.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, spoiled, or materially different item, please contact JaynagarKart as soon as possible with relevant details/photos so we can review the issue.

4. OTHER PRODUCTS – RETURN/REFUND

Return, replacement, and refund eligibility for non-food products will depend on the product type, condition, and the return/refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation may be possible before an order has been accepted, prepared, packed, or dispatched.

Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be available, especially for food and perishable products.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

Product prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during ordering/checkout.

Customers must provide accurate payment and order information. Available payment methods may vary.

7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, delivery address, and other required information.

JaynagarKart will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
